The Kasai Konro skewer rack is made from British stainless steel. Its designed for use with the Little Kasai Konro Grill – a compact, Japanese-style barbecue.

The rack is designed to withstand the high temperatures of your grill. It elevates the skewers off the cooking grid for airflow and even cooking.

The skewers slot securely into the steel frame. You dont have to lift them – just turn the handle to rotate the skewer. This makes it easy to baste and monitor your food. It also keeps hands away from the heat of the barbecue.

Host a Japanese-themed barbecue with the Kasai Konro grill. Treat guests to skewers of chicken, pork and seafood. Vegetables like asparagus and oyster mushrooms also work well.

Brush the skewers with tare – a sweet-savoury glaze. Its made with soy sauce, mirin, sugar and sake. You can add garlic and ginger for extra flavour.
