The Kchenprofi breading station consists of three stainless steel trays. They clip together to create a space-saving pan station. Pan is a French word to describe food that has been coated in breadcrumbs before cooking.

Fill the trays with flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs. Choose fine matzo meal or crunchy panko depending on your recipe. The trays are sufficiently deep to prevent overspill. Work your way down the line, coating your ingredients in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. The first two steps help the crumbs to stick to the protein.

With this breading station, you can make chicken schnitzel and crunchy fish goujons. The steel trays create a tidy work station, minimising mess in your kitchen. Treat friends and family to crispy crab cakes, panko prawns and retro baked Brie.

The trays stack neatly together, taking up very little space in your cupboard.
