The pans are built with five layers of steel. This makes them extremely durable and guarantees even heat distribution. These pans will give you the perfect sear on a sirloin and crispy skin on a fillet of salmon. HaptIQ pans are also oven safe up to 250C.

SCANPANs HaptIQ range delivers outstanding culinary results. The Stratanium+ coating lets you cook with very little fat or oil. HaptIQ pans are dishwasher safe but SCANPAN recommends hand-washing where possible.
